The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) have established a joint James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) Users Committee (JSTUC). The committee will be chaired by Professor James Bullock, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of California, Irvine. It includes representatives from the NASA, ESA, and CSA communities, together with members of the four JWST Instrument Definition Teams and the JWST General Observer community.

The committee is charged with providing advice on all aspects of observatory operations to the STScI Director, Dr. Ken Sembach, and the JWST Senior Project Scientist at GSFC, Dr. John Mather. The first meeting will be scheduled in autumn 2017.

You can review the JSTUC Charter and see the complete list of members on the JWST Users Committee (JSTUC) webpage.
